Happy New Year

Goodbye 2011 and hello 2012. Like everyone this year has been busy, fun, stressful, exciting and every other emotion you can think of. I guess just like every other year past. This year was more self discovery for my small business and myself to see what I can do and handle.

Every year I say this next year I will do more or go more places or stress less or just about anything. I have found I just need to do what I do. I can set these type of "goals" but they just don't work for you. Sure I can set my small business goals and make those happen but when it comes to personal goals I always fall short. So I think 2012 I will not have any "goals" but maybe just ideas so that I don't feel bad if I don't make them happen.

2012 is going to be a exciting and crazy year and I can't wait. We are getting married! We are going to on a honeymoon! We want to buy a house! See what I mean, I don't need goals.

Celebrated 5 years

For our 5th anniversary Larry surprised me with flowers and a giant 5 made out of delicious cinnamon pound cake when I came home that night. I took these photos the next morning.

He always does such a good job picking out flowers. I love the red berries.

For our dinner we went to The Crow Bar and Kitchen. Larry had mussels and I had a burger and sweet potato fries, we also had some onion rings. It was the first time there and we will for sure be back. The food was amazing!

5 years together

5 years ago today I met Larry for a drink at Outback Steak House after he got off work. The crazy part he found me on Match.com. Yup, thats right people it WORKS! Now 5 years later we are in engaged.

Gnome Adventures: S'mores

While we were in Palm Springs, my parents recently purchased a fire pit for the patio. Seeing my dad like to have fun he decided this fire pit would be perfect to make S'mores. That's right people we here in California we are making S'mores on our patio - no camping required!  

I am staying nice and warm by the fire.

Gnome Adventures: Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was nice and relaxing this year. I did remember to bring our gnome along for the adventures.

That is one big bird - looks yummy.

I love a good bread basket. Now if only I could reach one.

Hello December

Highlights of November: 

• 13 days at the gym
• Had the 2nd craft fair for Tiffzippy 
• A Wonderful time in Palm Springs for Thanksgiving 
• Already behind on decorating for the holiday season

Plans for December:

• Local craft fair this Saturday Dec 3rd.
• Celebrate 5 years with Larry. This will be our last "dating" anniversary. 
• Maybe have our Engagement Photo shoot.
• Get ready for Christmas time with family
• Get ready for a Bridal Expo I signed up for on Jan 8th - YIKES!   

November was a month of getting stuff done and sorted out in my head for the new year. I am still in that mode now that's it's December. I always seem to have more goals or things I want to do then time.
